YOUTH PATHWAYS PROGRAM: GRADES 6-9
Best For: Any Youth in grades 6-9 looking to explore hands-on, creative object making in a safe, non-intimidating, and fun manner
The Chicago Industrial Arts & Design Center (CIADC) Youth Pathways Program is an educational series for grades 6-12 that exposes Students to hands-on, industrial arts and nurtures interests that can lead to post-secondary pathway opportunities in STEM, Trade, and Art/Design.

Youth Pathways Program: Grades 6-9
New Students will work on guided projects that focus on fundamental skills and processes of the Department
Returning Students can design independent project(s) using the tools introduced in Class, with instructor guidance
All Students will complete a project and gain a better understanding of the processes involved with making objects and how this relates to STEM, Trade, and Art/Design fields
