you are a current CIADC Annual or Monthly Member
you have NOT ENROLLED in any adult-level 5-week, 10-week, or equivalent Immersion Department Class for the Fall 2024 term
you are a former adult-level Student in one or more Departments and want to use OSA in that/those Department Shop(s) during the Fall 2024 term

Prerequisite: Previous completion of an adult-level 5-week, 10-week, or equivalent Immersion Class; Must be a current CIADC Member
Ages: 16+
All former Students who have completed an adult-level 5-week, 10-week, or equivalent Immersion Class during a previous term and want to use that Department Shop during Open Studio Access (OSA) for the new term, must complete a Safety & Tool Use Certification (STUC). STUC certification is by Department and must be renewed each term.
The Safety and Tool Use Certification (STUC) will be a STUC-from-Home review. After registering, STUC packets for ALL qualifying Departments will be emailed for review. Each Department STUC is considered complete only after the Department STUC Quiz is returned.
The Access Member STUC fee includes 6 pre-paid OSAs. You will receive physical OSA vouchers at the Front Desk when you first come to OSA. Pre-paid OSA vouchers do not expire and must be physically handed to the Front Desk for use as payment.
All Members -or- Parent/Guardian if Member is under the age of 18: Please submit a Liability Waiver Form when registering for this STUC.
