New Students will work on guided projects while gaining fundamental skills with saw and shear cutting, bending, forging, torch welding, and metal finishing. Returning Students will further their skillsets through personal fabricated and/or forged projects with instructor guidance.
Note: No experience required. Attendance in the first session is mandatory for New Students. Natural fiber clothing, long pants, and closed-toe shoes are required while working at CIADC. Project material fees are not included and can be purchased at CIADC. Total material cost for beginning project is approximately $20-$30.
